The project
Top Tier Entertainment is a London-based event equipment rental company (hot tubs, popcorn and candy floss machines, photo booths, and drone services) serving individuals and event planners across parties, celebrations, and corporate occasions.
MOW Designs built their online presence on WordPress with WooCommerce, giving the business a proper e-commerce shop for rental items alongside a services section covering full event planning and personalised consultation, a testimonials section, and a rental enquiry form for custom quotes.
The result is a site that lets a customer browse rental equipment like products, request a quote in a few clicks, and get a same feel of professional service whether they're renting a photo booth for a birthday or booking a full event package.

The challenge
Event rentals don't fit neatly into a standard e-commerce checkout, since pricing depends on dates, locations, and package combinations. The site needed WooCommerce's shop experience without pretending every booking was a simple add-to-cart purchase.
Equipment needed to browse like a shop while still routing customers toward a quote request for anything date- or location-dependent.
Full event planning and personalised consultation needed their own clear space, distinct from the straightforward equipment listings.
Customers are trusting a company to show up with real equipment on the day, so testimonials and clear service info had to do real credibility work.
The rental enquiry form had to be quick enough that a customer planning a party wouldn't abandon it halfway through.
Our approach
Set up rental items (hot tubs, photo booths, popcorn and candy floss machines, drone services) as a browsable WooCommerce catalogue.
Built out the "Our Services" section covering full event planning and personalised consultation, separate from the straightforward rental shop.
Designed and built the full site in Elementor for a clean, party-ready visual identity the team can maintain independently.
Added a rental inquiry form for custom quotes and a testimonials section to build trust before a customer commits to a booking.
