About MOW Designs

MOW Designs started in January 2024, when Walter and Marcus decided to fix a problem they'd both watched for years: good ideas killed by poor execution. We built this agency to fix that. Not just to make things look good, but to make them work for the businesses running them and the people using them.

We keep our client list intentionally small. That means every project gets real attention, not a junior team and a templated process. Our clients are building in agri-tech, fintech, e-commerce, immigration advisory, and more. Some are in Lagos. Some are in London. Most are building something that hasn't existed before.

01 · Discovery

We start by listening.

Most agencies start with a proposal. We start with questions. What's working? What's broken? What does success actually look like six months from now? Not in a pitch deck, but in your business. We spend real time understanding your context before we recommend anything.

02 · Strategy

A clear plan before a single pixel.

Once we understand the problem, we map the solution. That means agreeing on what we're building, why it's built that way, and in what order. You get a roadmap you can read and react to, not a vague SOW that commits you to a black box.

03 · Design & Build

You'll see progress every week.

Design and engineering run together from day one. We don't disappear for six weeks and return with a big reveal. You'll see real work at every stage, and you'll be in the loop on every decision that matters. Fast, iterative, no surprises.

04 · Launch

Go-live is a milestone, not the end.

We handle the deployment, run performance tests, and stay reachable after launch. Most of our best client relationships started with a single project, and turned into something ongoing. We're not optimising for a handoff. We're building for the long run.
