Campaign strategy and presentation design for national campus activation and experiential marketing initiatives, delivered in partnership with Brand BOS.
The project
Brand BOS is an experiential marketing agency MOW Designs partners with on execution — bringing campus activation campaigns to life for national brands. Our role centres on the strategic and visual thinking that gets an ambitious activation concept approved: campaign narrative, audience insight, and the presentation itself.
For national campus activation initiatives — including a multi-city campus tour concept — MOW Designs built the presentation decks that carry the campaign logic from big idea to executable plan: objectives, audience targeting, activation mechanics, and visual direction, packaged into a deck built to hold a room's attention.
This is ongoing partnership work — MOW Designs is also currently building out Brand BOS's own online presence, extending the relationship beyond individual campaign decks.

The challenge
Experiential campaigns live or die on the strength of the room they're pitched in. The deck had to carry a complex, multi-city activation concept clearly enough that stakeholders unfamiliar with experiential marketing could see exactly what it would look like on the ground.
Multi-city campus activations involve logistics, sequencing, and audience mechanics that had to compress into a narrative a stakeholder could follow at a glance.
Experiential campaigns are inherently visual — the deck itself had to convey energy and production value, not just describe it in bullet points.
Campaign concepts needed to move from brief to presentation-ready deck on tight, brand-driven timelines.
Our approach
Worked with Brand BOS to shape the campaign narrative — objectives, target audience, and the core activation mechanics for the campus tour concept.
Developed a layout and visual system for the deck itself — one that communicates the energy of an in-person activation through a static presentation.
Built the full presentation deck in PowerPoint, structured to walk a stakeholder from big idea through to execution plan without losing momentum.
The outcome
A campus activation narrative structured so stakeholders can follow the idea from concept to execution without a live walkthrough.
A layout and visual system that carries the energy of the activation itself, not just a description of it.
The relationship continues beyond individual decks — MOW Designs is currently building Brand BOS's own online presence.
